As you may recall from last week, we’re all taking a bit of a break next week. I, personally, will be gone for two weeks. So, obviously we won’t have a blog entry for the next two weeks. Fortunately, some of us will be back to work before I am, so I should have plenty of stuff to show off when we resume the blog.
Some of you may have seen me testing the Linux version a bit on Twitch.tv. Unfortunately, I was testing it in a virtual machine, and that fact may have caused a bit of lag in the game. Almost all my little workers broke after a half hour of gameplay. Apparently, the issue was with the virtual machine, as all of our testers running this version haven’t encountered this issue as much. So, it’s now simply a matter of releasing this version to the rest of our backers.
This week was a little slower, what with us gearing up for our mini-vacations, so we don’t have a whole lot to show off. But, here’s a few screenshots of the Corruptrons being normal mapped and textured.
The knight got a bit of an upgrade as well.
Recently, I was going through my phone, and I found a video that I’d completely forgotten about. I recorded a few seconds of voice experimentation that we made for the bricktrons. So, here it is! Enjoy and tell us what you think!
Soundtrack of the week
Hey guys! You know who this is! I return, with more of the sweet sounds of the Sauropod Studio Soundtrack of the Week! I once again thank gameggerpc for the recommendation, as we’re using his second recommendation this week, Tycho! No no, not my personal hero’s comic alter ego, the musical artist. I don’t even think he does music. He writes lyrical words, not melodious chords. Anyway, on to the music! Enjoy!
Thanks again for following us! See you in a couple of weeks!
And, as always, thanks for reading.
